Customer Acknowledgment & Terms of Service

By booking a service with EcoExpress Mobile Detailing, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions, which form a binding part of the service agreement.

1. Estimates & Pricing

EcoExpress Mobile Detailing is a mobile service performed at the customer’s location.

All prices shown online or provided by message are estimates only.

Final pricing is confirmed on-site after inspecting the vehicle, verifying vehicle size, condition, and selected add-ons.

Prices may change based on:

  • Vehicle condition

  • Level of dirt, stains, pet hair, or odors

  • Additional time or labor required

If, during service, the condition of the vehicle requires additional work beyond the quoted service, the customer will be given the option to:

  • Approve the adjusted price and continue, or

  • Proceed with the original service scope only.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer agrees to notify EcoExpress within 24 hours of service completion if they are dissatisfied.

EcoExpress will offer one complimentary re-clean, scheduled within 7 days of the original service.

Re-cleaning is limited to the original service scope.

Any outstanding balance must be paid before a re-clean is scheduled.

3. Extreme Vehicle Conditions

If a vehicle is determined to be in extreme condition (excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, neglect, or damage):

  • Results may be limited within the booked service time.

  • Additional services or a second appointment may be required to reach EcoExpress standards.

  • Deep stains, odors, or damage are not guaranteed to be fully removed.

4. Services Not Included

Unless explicitly added or requested, EcoExpress does not include:

  • Seat removal or seat track cleaning

  • Headliner cleaning

  • Glove box or center console (unless empty and requested)

  • Spare tire area

  • Undercarriage or wheel wells

  • Bodily fluid cleanup

5. Personal Belongings

Customers must remove all personal items before service.

EcoExpress is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings left inside the vehicle. Any items found will be bagged and left inside the vehicle.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon service completion.

Accepted payment methods may include cash or digital payment.

EcoExpress reserves the right to charge the payment method on file if payment is not received.

7. Mobile Service Area

EcoExpress currently services Utah County and surrounding areas.

Appointments outside the standard service area may:

  • Require an additional travel fee, or

  • Be scheduled only with multiple vehicles at the same location.

8. Add-Ons & Results Disclaimer

Add-on services are subject to vehicle condition.

Final results and service time may vary.

Permanent stains, heavy wear, or damage are not guaranteed to be corrected.

9. Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments canceled within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

10. Liability Limitation

EcoExpress’s liability is limited to, at its discretion:

  • A re-clean,

  • A partial refund,

  • Or correction of the affected area.

EcoExpress is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

All services are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, with venue in Utah County.

12. Acceptance

By booking a service, the customer confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
